Raw Material
The raw material it is electrolytic tinplate. It is a thin sheet of tin-coated steel which is 100% recyclable. It is suitable for food contact and it creates an effective barrier to oxidation and corrosion, allowing excellent preservation of products.
By using this material, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and promotional products can be presented with an extremely safe and high-quality packaging.
Printing
The printing is done with a four-color lithographic process, or even with specific Pantone colors.
Further passages in ovens ensure the fixing of colors on metal surfaces.
At least, a finishing varnish, which can have several effects, such as matt, shiny or cracklè, covers the printed sheet, permanently protecting it.
Production Process
The production process starts with the cutting of the metal sheet and then it proceeds with the shaping of the parts (body, bottom and lid), following the chosen mold.
Boxes can be enriched with printing effects and layered or three-dimensional embossing.
In addition, there are several accessories that can be used as ornament.
